NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to Section 274b of Town Law & Article XI of the Town of Clayton Zoning Ordinance, a public hearing will be held by the Joint Town/Village of Clayton Planning Board on August 3, 2017 at 7:00 PM or soon after in the Town Offices at 405 Riverside Drive, Clayton for the purpose of considering a Special Use Permit application by Ronald Cooper for 4 two-family dwellings on his property located at North of NYS Route 12E in the Marine-Residential district, Tax Map # 19.20 Block # 1 Lot # 32.1.
All parties in interest and citizens will be given an opportunity to be heard in respect to such application. Persons may appear in person or by agent.
