NOTICE OF HEARING
PRELIMINARY BUDGET
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 2022 Preliminary Budget of the Town of Clayton beginning January 1st, 2022, has been completed and filed in the Office of the Town Clerk, located at 405 Riverside Drive, Clayton, New York, where it is available for inspection by any interested persons during regular office hours.
Further notice is hereby given that the Town Board of the Town of Clayton will review said Preliminary Budget and hold a public hearing thereon at the Town Hall, 405 Riverside Drive, Clayton, N.Y. at 5:30 P.M., Wednesday, October 27, 2021. All residents of the Town of Clayton may present written or oral comments on the budget at that time.
The proposed salaries of the elected Town Officers are as follows:
Supervisor $33,000.00
Councilman (4) each $ 4,000.00
Justice (2) each $12,400.00
Town Clerk/Tax Collector $28,500.00
Supt. of Highway $55,500.00
