NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to Section 274b of Town Law & Article XII of the Town of Clayton Zoning Ordinance, a public hearing will be held by the Joint Town/Village of Clayton Planning Board on January 7, 2021 at 7:00 pm in the Town Offices at 405 Riverside Drive, for the purpose of considering a Site Plan Review Application by Jakob VanReenen/Seaway Marine Group LLC to locate an Machine & Welding Shop on the property located at 37545 County Route 4, Clayton in the Agricultural Residential district, Tax Map # 30.00, Block #2, Lot # 10.2.

All parties in interest and citizens will be given an opportunity to be heard in respect to such application.  Persons may appear in person or by agent.  Written comments must be received prior to hearing.  The above application is open for inspection at the Town office, 405 Riverside Drive, Clayton, NY.
